- Do you store DBS certificates?
- No. Vetting checks are recorded by status, certificate number (encrypted) and date. The certificate itself is never uploaded or stored.
- Can we add our own qualifications?
- Yes. The RYA list is there from the start and you can add any other licence or check your centre needs.
- What happens when someone renews?
- They upload the new certificate from the app, the office verifies it, and they can be rostered again straight away.
