RYA rules built in, not bolted on

Your centre starts with RYA course types, instructor grades, roles and checks already set up. Each course type carries the student-to-instructor ratio and safety-boat requirement your operating procedures set, and you can change any of them. From then on, assignments are checked as you make them, and you choose which checks are mandatory.

If someone isn't qualified for a course, is marked busy, would push a session over its ratio, or the session has no Senior Instructor on duty, you see it at once. Nothing is silently blocked or silently allowed: an override is one deliberate press, recorded with what it overrode and who pressed it.
